Administrative Team
| Mrs. Harasha has been at Springs for 6 years, and she "truly treasures the Springs community and quite proud to be a part of it!". Mrs. Harasha holds degrees from both Moraine Park Technical College and Marian College of Fond du Lac in Business and Accounting. She enjoys serving as a Washington DC Trip chaperone. |
| This is Mr. Krueger's 15th year at Springs, and if asked, he will admit that he does bleed "blue and white". Mr. Krueger currently teaches Physical Education and Fitness, as well as serving as Athletic Director. He is also the Boys Basketball Head Coach, and does keep quite busy! Mr. Krueger acts as a positive role model at all times, and is quite devoted to his beautiful children. |
English and Communications
| Mrs. Lindborg currently teaches Freshman and Junior English, as well as Reading for Enrichment. She brings with her 14 years of teaching experience and incorporates the use of technology in an effortless manner within her classes. Mrs. Lindborg "loves the Springs community which encompasses a great staff, parents and students. It is a wonderful place to work!". Mrs. Lindborg holds a B.A. Degree in English with minors in both German and Psychology. She has completed numerous graduate courses at a variety of universities. Mrs. Lindborg also serves as a class moderator. |
| Mrs. Hejl enjoys teaching both English and German here at Springs, and shares that her favorite short story is "The Short Happy Life of Francis Macomber" by Earnest Hemingway. She has devoted eight years to the Springs, and has previous experience teaching at Oshkosh Lourdes. Mrs. Hejl spends her free time traveling. |

Kathy has been teaching for 29 years, most of them here at St. Mary's Springs, and she is still enjoying every day! Mrs. Bachhuber is currently teaching Physics, College Physics, Chemisty, Environmental Science and Science Seminar, and holds graduate degrees in both Physics and Educational Technology. She has received the Herb Kohl Fellowship Award, and has been declared the "Physics Teacher of the Year" for the State of Wisconsin as well as the Kiwanis Teacher of the Year Award. In her spare time she makes her own soap, and weaves from fibers she spins along "the shores of Lake Winnebago". Truly a bizarre woman!

Deb Sosinski has been teaching for 26 years, this is her 9th year at Springs! Mrs. Sosinski currently teaches Biology, Genetics/Biotechnology, Environmental Science, Botany/Zoology and Anatomy and Physiology. Mrs. Sosinski is also the Key Club moderator and has been awarded a Kohl Fellowship Award as well as receiving the Noon Kiwanis Outstanding Service Award. Mrs. Sosinski has earned both B.S. and M.A. degrees from Marian College of Fond du Lac, and has completed numerous graduate courses in technology. Mrs. Sosinski also maintains an extensive garden during the summer, and readily shares her produce with other members of the Springs Staff.

Social Studies
Roger Korinek began his teaching career at Springs in February 1966! And he certainly has contributed to the Springs community during these years. Mr. Korinek has been awarded the Noon Optimist Teacher of the Year, the Wisconsin Association of Parochial Catholic Secondary Schools Educator of the Year and the St. John Baptist De La Salle Excellence in Teaching Award. Mr. Korinek has earned his B.S. degree from University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and his Master's degree from Marquette University. Mr. Korinek currently serves as Student Council moderator and coordinates the annual Magazine Subscription Drive fundraiser which has recently surpassed $2 million in sales.Mr. Korinek teaches United States History, an advanced placement course in History of American Foreign Policy, Sociology and Psychology. For the past 30 years, Mr. Korinek has also organized student/adult tours to Washington D.C. Mr. Korinek has inspired many young people during his tenure at Springs.

Not only does Mrs. Hejl teach English, but she is also an excellent German teacher! Students in German find Mrs. Hejl to be a fabulous resource, and enjoy the experiences they have in her classroom. One of the highlights of her teaching experience here at Springs is the travel opportunity students have to visit Germany.

Mathematics
St. Mary's Springs is fortunate to have Mrs. Erickson teaching in the Mathematics Department for the past 24 years. Mrs. Erickson teaches Algebra II, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus and has served as moderator of the Chess Club and is the Senior Class Moderator. Mrs. Erickson is also known statewide as moderator of the Math Team. The St. Mary's Springs Math Team has been recognized for their performance on a State-Wide level of a number of years, thanks to the dedication of Mrs. Erickson. During her free time Mrs. Erickson maintains a large piece of rural property.

| A graduate of Purdue University, Sr. Michele holds an advanced degree in the Teaching of Mathematics. She currently teaches Studies in Geometry, Advanced Algebra II - Trig as well as Algebra II. Sr. Michele Welch loves to solve a puzzle, and often has her students in Computer Programming write algorithms to solve puzzles as well! |
Fine and Performing Arts
| Pat Reiher is celebrating her 22nd year teaching at the Springs, and St. Mary's Springs is fortunate to have her! Mrs. Reiher has been awarded a Kohl Fellowship Awards, the Noon Optimist Teacher of the Year, the St. John De La Salle Teaching Award as well as the Windhover Center of the Arts "Windy" Award. Mrs. Reiher especially relishes the "spirit of cooperation and involvement" found here at Springs. |

Mrs. Huck has been teaching for 35 years at Springs, and is both a Herb Kohl Educational Foundation Award Winner as well an Award winner from the Noon Optimist Teacher Recognition program. Mrs. Huck currently teaches Health, Sacraments and Church History as well as Morality. Mrs. Huck is also very active within her parish community and serves on the Christian Formation Commission.

| Mr. Guiden is a retired attorney, and spent most of his legal career in the United States Air Force. He received his A.B. and teaching certification from Wabash College, in Crawfordsville, IN. He has a Juris Doctor degree from Indiana University School of Law and a post-doctorate degree in International Law and National Security Law and Policy from the University of Virginia School of Law. Mr. Guiden taught at the United States Air Force Academy for five years. Mr. Guiden teaches Old and New Testament Scriptures to sophomores, and Peace and Justice and Christian Lifestyles to seniors. In addition, he is the school’s Campus Minister. Mr. Guiden has spoken publicly on a variety of theological topics, and has published Journey for the Soul, a collection of daily, ten-minute devotionals that walk the reader through the entire Bible in one year. |

| Sr. Michele is celebrating her 20th year of teaching at St. Mary's Springs High School and brings a vast amount of experience and expertise into the classroom. She has received a number of awards, including a National Science Foundation Grant for a period of 4 summers to pursue advanced studies at Purdue. She has also been the recipient of the Teacher of the Year Award in Elmhurst, Ill as well as receiving recognition from the Beloit Chamber of Commerce as Teacher of the Month. We are lucky to have Sr. Michele working with our students. |

Mrs. Hahn is one of those rare individuals who brightens everyone's day! She has been with the Springs for 8 years, and currently is the Administrative Assistant to the Counseling Office. Mrs. Hahn has found a special place in the hearts of many students, and she continues to remind all of us that God does walk with us at all times! Mrs. Hahn graduated with a Nursing Degree and is called upon to utilize those skills from time to time. She loves to hear "from past students and listen to their success stories!".

Debra Wothe is in her 17th year at Springs. Previously the Media Director, she is now in the classroom full-time teaching Freshman, Sophomore and Senior English. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in English with Library Science as a minor, as well as a Master's Degree in Reading. Mrs. Wothe is a Springs alum, and both of her children graduated from St. Mary's Springs High School.

| Mr. Giacalone has spent the last 14 years at Springs and currently works with students in the Learning Resource Center. He is an avid fisherman, and enjoys reading in his spare time. Mr. Giacalone enjoys "watching students develop into adults", and is especially present at athletic events here at St. Mary's Springs. |
